Transportation workshops planned
The city of Spokane, the city of Airway Heights, Spokane County and other public entities will host a workshop to discuss future transportation needs March 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the gym at Sunset Elementary School, 12824 W. 12th Ave., in Airway Heights.
Topics will include bike, pedestrian and vehicle transportation needs in the West Plains. There will be a presentation on the scope of the project and existing conditions in the area, plus interactive activities to get input on needs and desires in the West Plains.
