Obituary: Richmire, Eric William

Age 33

RICHMIRE, Eric William Was born May 28th, 1979 in Redmond, WA and passed away unexpectedly at his home in Cheney, WA on Tuesday, March 5th., 2013.

Eric graduated from Issaquah High School in 1997 and from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management in 2003.

He spent his career as a civil servant in the United States Air Force, directing various youth programs.

He was taken home one day shy of his two week wedding anniversary to the love of his life.

Eric had an infectious smile that could light up a room.

He never met a stranger and was in turn loved by everyone he met.

Eric had a keen sense of humor, and was a charismatic, fun loving, genuine man who stuck to his convictions and refused to compromise his beliefs.

Eric’s passion for life was unbridled.

He loved sports, golfing, traveling, the great outdoors, all kinds of music, dancing, his Papa’s truck, microbrews, spending time with friends and family, and working with children.

He brought out the best in everyone and truly made the world a better place with his presence.

He was the epitome of living out loud.

Eric was gone too soon but will never be forgotten.

His memory will live in our hearts forever.

Sleep well my love, until we meet again.

Eric is survived by his wife KatieRose, mom Shirley, sister Risa (Peter), niece Taylor, nephew Max, aunts and uncles Mick (Patty), Joanne (Jerry), cousins Adam, Aleana, Blake, Casey, Katie, Travis, other extended family and his dog Turner.

He was preceded by his father Richard.
