For the week of March 25-29.

Monday – Option 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, steamed vegetables, bread, fruit. Option 2: Potato soup, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Tuesday – 1: Marinated beef and vegetables and rice, steamed vegetables, whole grain roll, dessert. 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, steamed vegetables, dessert.

Wednesday – 1: Turkey cutlet with sage and lemon, baked potato, steamed vegetables, bread, fruit. 2: Stuffed baked potato, steamed vegetables, fruit.

Thursday – 1: Barbecue pork riblet, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, bread, dessert. 2: Open-face hot beef sandwich, steamed vegetables, dessert.

Friday – 1: Chicken cacciatore with peppers and Farfalle pasta, steamed vegetables, whole wheat roll, dessert. 2: Turkey pita sandwich, steamed vegetables, dessert.
