Vehicle strikes pedestrian near Garland and Lincoln
An intoxicated pedestrian standing in the middle of the street was struck by a vehicle near West Garland Avenue and North Lincoln Street around 5 a.m. today, police said.
Spokeswoman Monique Cotton said the man went into the car’s windshield but suffered non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center.
The driver was not cited, Cotton said.
