Be aware of nutrition

Most people don’t know that March is Nutrition Awareness Month. I believe that nutrition is so important it shouldn’t be consolidated to just one month. However, since this is nutrition month, we should take advantage of this reason to be healthy.

There are so many easy ways to eat healthy food without it being a hassle. You can start by not getting rid of your afternoon French fries but, instead of an extra large tub, settle for a small. Or you could avoid the fries altogether and keep some granola bars in your car for when you feel like having a snack. Always keep a bottle of water with you. Sometimes you’ll realize that you were thirsty, not hungry. I have also found that drinking more water throughout the day makes you feel better and gives you more energy.

Please enjoy a wonderful Nutrition Awareness Month.
