Obituary: Lucas, Marilyn S.
Age 70
She is survived by her husband of 47 years John (Coeur d’Alene), daughter Kelley Lucas (Spokane), daughter Kim Lucas, son in law Rick Clark, grandchildren Corbin Kennedy and Kylee Kennedy (Shelton, WA); as well as sister Patricia Saunders and brother Carl Helmer (Kelowna BC).
Marilyn loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them all, especially her grandchildren.
She enjoyed visiting her numerous nieces and nephews in Kelowna, BC.
She was especially close to friends Linda and Steve Durant.
She was an avid sewer/quilter and loved making projects for her family and friends.
She also loved traveling while in the military.
One of her other joys was spending time at the casinos!
She will be missed forever, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
