Obituary: Jones, Veeanice
Age 63
Veeanice was born in California on January 3, 1950 to Theodore Jones and Lillie Morehead.
She left behind two brothers, Theodore Jones of Seattle, Washington and Ricky Jones (Delores) of Las Vegas, Nevada.
She had two children, Ostennia Prater (Charles) of Spokane, Washington, and Jerome Curry of Seattle, Washington.
She had six grandkids, Ian, Curtis, Selena, Jordan, Narisheanna and Jerome of Spokane, Washington.
She had eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her stepdad David L. Morehead and son-in-law Charles Prater.
The family wants to say thank you to the Hospice House, Valley Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospital for taking care of our mother, grandma, sister.
Donations may be accepted for the Hospice House in memory of her.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 1 PM at SPOKANE CREMATION & FUNERAL SERVICE, 2832 N. RUBY, SPOKANE, WA.
