Marriage, as it is

It is what it is. The facts are: Marriage has been between a woman and a man for thousands of years. Fact: Women and men are different. Fact: Nature has it right; men and women are naturally made for each other.

Do not redefine marriage. When married people introduce themselves, it is, “This is my wife, or this is my husband.” Gay people must say this is my gay partner, as it is what it is.

If gay people want the same benefits as married people, give those to them. Just call it gay partnership, as it is what it is. Also leave the religious beliefs out of the argument, as well as the children argument.

Just keep to the facts. As it is what it is.
