Obituary: Vaughn, Michael James “Mike”

VAUGHN, Michael James “Mike” (Age 49) Was born on May 15, 1963 in Santa Rosa, CA and entered into rest March 26, 2013 at his home in Spokane Valley, WA.

Mike was a truck driver for a lumber company, an avid fisherman and bowler and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

He will be missed by all!

Mike is survived by his parents, Dorothy E. (Swaner) and Lewis E. Vaughn, Sr.; brothers, Thomas E. Prater and Yogi; brother-in-law, David Parker; sisters, Theresa L. Williams, Deborah E. Parker, Marilyn D. Lemis, Catherine M. Parker and foster sister, Barbara Henrey; godmother and aunt Barbara; aunt, Susan; uncle, Stephen Swaner; numerous nieces and nephews; a great-nephew and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Lewis E. Vaughn, Jr. and niece, Monica Gail.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 3 until 8 PM at the funeral home.

A Funeral Service will be held the following day on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 1 PM at the funeral home chapel.

Interment will follow at Spokane Memorial Gardens.
