She was born April 13, 1933, in Seattle, Washington.
Barbara graduated from Upper Columbia Academy in Spangle, Washington.
She was united in marriage to Myron Fuller in Spokane in April 1958.
They lived in Spokane and had two daughters.
In May 1974, she married Edwin Rubow.
Barbara worked for many years at the legendary Davenport Hotel.
In addition, she worked at many restaurants and as a child care provider, before retiring from Manor Care in 2001.
In her spare time she enjoyed bingo, fishing, and spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her husband Edwin Rubow of Spokane; two children, Karla Fuller (Bill Thomason) of Twin Falls, Idaho and Dianne (Ray) Bauer; two grandchildren, Mick Bauer and Allison (Ian) Mitchell, all of Spokane.
She is also survived by a sister-in-law, brother-in-law, niece, and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, and five sisters-in-law.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 3rd, at Greenwood Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are welcome at the service and the reception at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church immediately following the service.
