Coeur d’Alene police

Steven Sivertson reported Tuesday the $1,480 theft of an Xbox gaming system, games and accessories, iPad computer, DVDs and cash from his home on the 6800 block of North Spurwing Loop.

Kootenai County sheriff

Steven Logan, Coeur d’Alene, reported Monday the $900 theft of a pistol from his home on the 1000 block of West Kidd Island Road.

Dwayne Layton, owner of Layton Logging, reported Wednesday the $2,500 theft of a diesel turbocharger from a Doosan Solar 300L C-V tractor parked near the intersection of Latour Creek Road and Twin Craigs Road in Cataldo.

Jeremy D. Lyght, 37, Post Falls; felony battery with intent to commit a serious felony; three years determinate penitentiary time (credit for any time served), nine years indeterminate penitentiary time, restitution to be determined.
