Spokane police have issued an arrest warrant for Joshua J. Tillery on a charge of second-degree murder in connection with a homicide Friday night.

Spokeswoman Monique Cotton said Tillery is not in custody.

Also today, the Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the shooting victim as 33-year-old Devon Mack, who died from a gunshot wound to the head.

Police found and interviewed one of the two people previously sought for questioning. Det. Lydia Prichard said police located Tara Rader, questioned her and released her. They also found a vehicle involved in the incident.

Tillery is 33 and goes by the name “Danger.”

The shooting at 4508 N. Lincoln Street around 5 p.m. Friday killed Mack.

Police were summoned after a gunshot was heard inside the home. Officers and paramedics found the Mack dead inside the house.

A woman, described as the dead man’s roommate, was inside the home at the time of the shooting but apparently did not witness it, police said at the scene.
