Went home to be with the Lord on April 24th, 2013.
Born January 24, 1939 in Grants Pass, Oregon to Alice (100 years old) and preceded by death Charles Cook.

Survived by Joan D. Cook of 50 years of marriage.

Children: Alan (Justina) Cook and Kenneth R. Cook.

Preceded by death
Jamie D. Cook, Kevin C. (Leigh) Cook, Melinda D. Cook.

Also survived by: 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.

He was a wonderful Husband, Dad and Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

He will surely be missed by all.
