Creature Feature: Andy, a blue short-haired cat
Andy came to the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service shelter April 27. He’s an adult male blue short-haired cat. Shelter workers say he’s loving but also independent, so he won’t always be asking for attention. They also say he’s quite vocal.
