Rethink gun control

When I heard about the shooting in Connecticut, I knew we needed to make some changes in our country. I don’t believe that taking away our right to have guns will fix these issues. Although taking proper precautions when someone is buying a gun is helpful, taking them away all together isn’t going to fix anything.

If you really think about it, these crazy shooters are breaking the law by killing people. Why would we think they would willingly give up their weapons? They don’t care about hurting these innocent moviegoers, or elementary school children, and I doubt they care about lying to the police.

When it comes to guns, guns that can keep us safe, we need to rethink who we are letting own these weapons.
