Obituary: Hill, Louise Jerred
Age 76
She was born in Kewa, WA on March 6, 1937 to Albert and Virginia Jerred.
She graduated from Wilbur High School and later received an Associate’s Degree from the Haskell Institute.
While there, she met her future husband, Solomon James Hill, and they were married in Lawrence, KS in 1957.
They came to the Spokane Valley where they resided for the past 46 years.
She worked for a variety of government agencies including Indian Health Service, D.S.H.S.
and the U.S. Border Patrol.
She was a member of the Colville Confederated Tribes.
She loved traveling, RV camping, spending time with family and friends, and her two dogs, Riley and Jerred.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Solomon.
She is survived by sons, Solomon “Jim” Hill and David Hill; and daughter, Sarina Harter (Dan), all of Spokane Valley, WA; siblings, Lyle Jerred, Thelma Trammel, Leroy Jerred and Shirley Jean Batman; grandchildren, Solomon, Vincent, Ryan, Justin, Derek and Christa.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, May 13, 2013 at Thornhill Valley Chapel, 1400 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.
