Good job, Rogers High

Rogers High School students, teachers, counselors, staff, parents and everyone else involved in your successes: You all rock! You deserve a standing ovation.

I recently received the Spring 2013 School Talk in the mail. It contained an article about the fact that your graduation rate has improved dramatically, from 55 percent in 2010 to 77 percent in 2011 to 84.6 percent in 2012. That is fantastic.

Thank you, students, for persevering and investing in your futures by continuing your education until you graduate. And thank you, teachers, counselors, faculty, staff, parents and everyone else involved for making some obviously great changes that are really making a difference.

Well done, and keep up the great work!
