Police seek tips to find missing girl, 13

Police are seeking tips to find a 13-year-old girl that went missing on the South Hill Wednesday afternoon.

Janna Smith was last seen at her home on the 2600 block of East 38th Avenue around 4:30 p.m., according to a Spokane police news release.

Janna is about 5-foot-1 and may be wearing a Bloomsday T-shirt. She functions on the level of an 8- or 9-year old, the release said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
