ZBA Architecture has hired Marci Schreiber as the first interior designer, and Jessica Shoemaker and Robert Brockman as intern architects. Previously, Schreiber was with ALSC Architects. Shoemaker is a graduate of the University of Idaho. Brockman was previously with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper.

Desautel Hege Communications (DHC) has hired Pardis Nkoy as an account coordinator and Michael Flint as an operations coordinator. Nkoy started with DHC as an intern in May 2012. Previously, she worked at Nordstrom and Moroch & Associates Inc. Flint has more than four years of administrative experience and worked previously at Rainmaker Creative.

Finance

Benjamin Klundt, a financial adviser with Waddell & Reed, has qualified for the Circle of Champions conference. The annual conference honors Waddell & Reed’s top financial advisers.

First Priority Financial has hired Jason Catlin as co-producing branch manager. Catlin has more than 19 years of experience in the home loan industry and was previously the president of Catlin Capital Inc. in Vancouver, Wash.

Marketing

Charlotte Finnegan, convention sales manager at Visit Spokane, has earned a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential. This is a nationally recognized professional certification of the meetings, conventions and exhibitions industry. Finnegan has been with Visit Spokane since 2007 and is the second staff member to earn the credential.

The Spokane Symphony Society has named Audrey Overstreet as the new director of marketing and public relations. Previously, Overstreet worked in marketing for Public Strategies Inc. in Washington, D.C., and Stone Yamashita in San Francisco.

Dorosh Dental has been selected as a semifinalist for the 2013 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. The award is given to employers who provide excellent support to their Guard and Reserve employees.

The National Ski Patrol Inland Empire Region has recognized the Lookout Pass Ski Patrol as the “Outstanding Patrol of the Year” for the third consecutive year.

Ashley Lewan, a content editor with Exchange Publishing, has been recognized as a Rising Star for the Association of Free Community Papers. This recognition is given to those under the age of 30 who are actively involved in the Free Paper Industry.

Imprezzio Inc. has hired Scott Marrone as an information technology manager and Allen Cook as senior systems administrator. Previously, Marrone was the IT manager at ASC Profiles, Inc. and Cook was the lead network administrator at Honeywell International Inc., in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
