Obituary: Harding, Kenneth Wayne

HARDING, Kenneth Wayne 11-28-1924 to 05-17-2013 Kenneth Harding passed away at home in the loving care of his wife of 65 years, Dorothy, and their daughter Scherry.

Ken was born in Spokane the first of five children to Fern and Orlo.

He spent his youth in Walla Walla, WA and in Southern California before returning to the Inland NW.

As a young man, he worked for Western Union, and later for Standard Oil.

He owned Northwest Sandblasting and A-1 Painting.

The greatest joy of his life was serving his God Jehovah.

Ken dedicated his life to God’s work in 1951 serving faithfully as a minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses until his death.

Ken enjoyed helping others learn the truth from the bible, giving bible talks to thousands, and participating in numerous activities to help others.

Ken is survived by one sister, Barbara Scarborough, numerous nieces and nephews, and a wealth of good and loving friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, May 31st, at 2:00pm at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Road, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
