Michael Anger completes Naval nuclear training

Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Michael Anger has graduated from the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power School at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in Goose Creek, S.C. He is the son of Bobbi-Jo Anger-Locke and stepson of Shane Locke, both of Spokane. He is a 2010 graduate of Mead High School.

Several local residents have graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio.

• Air Force Airman Denis Antonov is the son of Victoria and Theodore Brace, of Spokane, and is a 2009 graduate of Mead High School.

• Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Jordan Jolma is the son of Angela Gonzalez, of Davenport, Wash.

• Air Force Airman Bryton Lawson is a 2010 graduate of John R. Rogers High School and is the son of Melanie Lawson, of Spokane.

• Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Michael Aunan is the son of Jayne Aunan, of Spokane, and Bob Aunan, of Portland, and graduated from University High School in 2009.

• Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Brittney Taylor graduated from North Central High School in 2005 and is the daughter of Lisa Norris, of Spokane.

• Air Force Airman Christian Crandell is a 2011 graduate of Ferris High School and is the son of Lillian Neil, of Spokane, and William Crandell, of Vancouver, Wash.

• Air Force Airman Ivan Shelagin is the son of Svetlana Miles, of Spokane Valley, and a 2009 graduate of Ferris High School.

• Air Force Airman 1st Class Joshua Bowles is a 2009 graduate of Ferris High School and the son of Eric Bowles, of Spokane.

• Air Force Airman Demeatrik Rushing is the son of Cynthia and David Rushing, of Spokane. He is a 2012 graduate of Rogers High School.

• Air National Guard Airman Ethan Dahl is the son of Ian and Nancy Dahl, of Spokane, and graduated from North Central High School in 2012.

• Air Force Airman 1st Class John Bouscher graduated Joel E. Ferris High School in 2010 and is the son of Michelle Bouscher, of Spokane.
