Write a Business Plan – SCORE Spokane will host this workshop, which will include information on why successful businesses operate with a plan. Learn how to write a comprehensive business plan. Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way – Community Colleges of Spokane Foundation hosts a series of free planning seminars designed to take the confusion out of planning and preparing a will. Participants will receive a will-planning kit. One-hour sessions held at noon and 4 p.m., Spokane Falls Community College, Falls Gateway community room 212, Building 30, 3410 W. “Comedy, Economics and Climate Change” – “Stand-up economist” Yoram Bauman, Ph.D., makes a living as a comedian, but is also an environmental economist involved in the CarbonWA.org effort to bring a revenue-neutral carbon tax to Washington state.
