Kennel rude to visitors

It had been a while since I had attended a Gonzaga basketball game, but I did manage to see this year’s season opener as a guest of a friend who was responsible for bringing the Bryant team to Spokane. I was shocked and embarrassed when the entire Kennel turned their backs while the members of the visiting team were being introduced.

If the students of this Christian university are learning that is OK to show open disrespect for their guests, then I think the Jesuits are in need of some updated lessons in ethics. I attended Fordham College, another Jesuit institution, and I was taught that this type of behavior is inappropriate.
