Obituary: Hopkins, Joan Louise (Hawks)
Joan was born May 26, 1921 in Benge, WA to John Lewis and Clara Emma (Beckley) Hawks.
She was raised on the family farm at Benge, WA.
Joan attended the country school at Rock Creek before graduating from Lacrosse High School.
She later married Floyd E. Hopkins on April 18, 1942.
Joan is survived by her three children: Sandra (Gregg) Wise of Spokane, Monty (Sherry) Hopkins of Steptoe, and Micke Hopkins of Colfax; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd and Grandson Todd Wise.
As was her wish, no public services are planned.
