Gonzaga failed to protect

In thinking about the two Gonzaga University students that had the guts to defend themselves, I could not help but think about the responsibility the university assumed when they banned firearms from their premises. I liken that to when you have your cat declawed. You then assume greater responsibility for its safety because you have taken away its ability to defend itself.

The school’s basic premise is flawed. Apologize for failing to protect them.
