BALCH, Warren Herbert (Age 83) Born April 30, 1930 in Ticonderoga New York, Died September 28, 2013 at the Spokane VA hospital.
He is survived by one daughter, Terra J. Pring; and two grandchildren of Post Falls; and a sister Beverly Ray of Poultney, Vermont.
Warren served in the US Navy From July 25, 1947 to December 28, 1951, and the US Air Force December 5, 1955 to November 11, 1959.
He will be missed!
