Idaho taxpayers don’t pick up full tab for Medicaid

Idaho’s county and state taxpayers pick up the full tab for the state’s catastrophic care and medical indigency program, not for its Medicaid program. Due to an editing error, a story in Tuesday’s paper incorrectly implied the reverse.
