Age 88

McCANNA, Jerome Jerome Patrick McCanna, a lifetime resident of the Addy and Chewelah area went home to be with the Lord on November 23, 2013.

He was 85 years old.

Jerome was born in Spokane, Washington on April 4, 1928 to John and Margaret (Douglas) McCanna.

He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Patricia McCanna, at the home; children, Jerry (Linda) McCanna, Chewelah, WA, Garry (Debby) McCanna, Chewelah, WA, Sue (Tom) Carpenter, Chewelah, WA, Ruth (Pat ) Kessler Ahlers, Lynnwood, WA, Bonnie Kessler Weiz, Chewelah, WA, Bob (Betty) Kessler, Redmond, WA; grandchildren, Joey (Lynette) McCanna, St. John, WA, Cody (Sarah) McCanna, Koliganek, AK, John (Melissa) McCanna, Mt.

Vernon, WA, Katie (Shay) Smith, Spokane, WA, Trisha (Dan) Macrae, Chewelah, WA, Laura (Erik) Thorliefson, Spokane, WA, Dustin (Yarrough) McCanna, Newport, WA, Billie Jo McCanna, Colville, WA, Kyle McCanna, Chewelah, WA, Jessica Carpenter, Chewelah, WA; great-grandchildren, Kadee (Brett) Larson, Cole and Sierra McCanna, Cody, Shania, Garrett and Bailey McCanna, Kaitlynn and Kylie McCanna, Shaelynn, Steele and Sloane Smith, Jessie, James and Kelly Macrae, Wyatt, Abby, and Ryan Thorliefson, Mason, Landon and Miles McCanna, Aslyn McCanna; daughter-in-law, Vicki McCanna, Colville, WA; sister-in-law, Cherie McCanna, Addy, WA, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death his parents, brother, Johnnie McCanna; son, Patrick McCanna; Grandchildren, Dallas McCanna, Karlynn McCanna, Mike Carpenter.

The funeral service for Mr. Jerome P. McCanna will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at St. Mary of the Rosary Catholic Church in Chewelah, WA.

The graveside service and vault interment will follow at the Chewelah Memorial Park Cemetery.

Father Jeff Lewis will celebrate.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Mary of the Rosary Catholic Church.
