Born on January 28th, 1942, she was raised in the Los Angeles, CA area.
She eventually moved to Washington State, and most recently lived and worked in Spokane.
A graduate of Eastern Washington University, she worked for the Washington State Dept.
of Social and Health Services for thirteen years, until medically retired.
Sandra was a dog lover and was a donor to SpokanAnimal C.A.R.E.
Despite her long illness, Sandra had the will to live a normal, happy life.
She spent her last years engaged in Bible study to help her get through each day.
She is survived by her husband, Edward P. Wattawa; two sons, Daniel Ferry and David Ferry; a sister, Pamela Green, and five granddaughters.
Smart Cremation is responsible for the final arrangements.
Inurnment will take place at Fairmount Memorial Park.
