Obituary: Mott, Mckenzie Korryn

Age 15

MOTT, McKenzie Korryn “Kenzie” (Age 15) McKenzie Korryn Mott was born August 7, 1998 in Spokane, Washington.

McKenzie was taken from us on October 5, 2013 in Spokane, as the result of a tragic automobile accident.

Kenzie left her mark on every person she touched.

A sophomore at U-High she loved playing soccer on the varsity team.

She was everyone’s baby with a heart of gold which was evident by being the family protector and stood up for everyone.

She was “the favorite daughter”, loving sister and an amazing Auntie sharing a deep love for her nephews.

She was active in Club FC in Spokane.

Kenzie leaves behind her parents Larry and Connie Mott; siblings Joshua (Jessica) Mott, Jeremy (Felicia Gumm) Mott and Mallory (Sean Lanphere) Mott; nephews Aiden Mott and Hudson Lanphere; her grandmother Lucille Mott; aunts and uncles Shannon and Jimmy Bittner and their children Tyanne, Tiffany and Jeffries, Tonia Roeder and her children Kyle and Perry, Butch and Diane Phillips, Shannon Phillips, Teresa Kohler and her son Quinn Kohler, Rex and Donna Williams and Jerry Mott; along with many extended family members.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 2pm and will be conducted at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3606 S. Schaefer Road, Spokane Valley, WA 99206 (509) 926-6363.

Committal will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery the same day around 5pm.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Redeemer Lutheran VBS.
