House not to blame

Who’s to blame? I’ve watched the proceedings and listened to the Senate and House as well as the president.

The House has sent bills to the Senate that: defund the Affordable Care Act; delay the ACA; delay ACA for a year and put all Congress and the White House and staffs on ACA; and postpone the penalty portion of ACA and put all Congress and the White House and staffs on ACA.

I believe they are compromising and negotiating. The Senate has sent only a clean continuing resolution to the House and will not meet in conference. The president has stated over and over, “I will not negotiate.”

Who’s to blame? You decide. I, for one, have put the blame on the congressional bullies who won’t sit down to negotiate about a law that is the first in the history of the United States to fine Americans for not buying something.
