Obituary: Reed, Myrtle Kayser
Age 98
She was born February 27, 1915 to Emil and Emma Kayser in Colfax, WA.
She graduated from the Deaconess School of Nursing in 1947, and worked as the head nurse of orthopedics at Deaconess Hospital.
She was an active member at Bethel Church of the Nazarene.
Myrtle expressed her love for God through her care and devotion for others, as evidenced by all of her letters and notes that she sent over the years.
She is survived by: her cousin, Meriam Kayser of Spokane, WA; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Vernon Reed in 1978.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 12, 2013, 11:00am, at Bethel Church of the Nazarene, 1111 S. Thor St., Spokane, WA 99202.
Private interment at Spokane Memorial Gardens.
