Betty was born September 12, 1924 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to Joseph and Mari Zaversnik.

She passed away September 23, 2013 I Newport, Washington at the age of 89.
Betty and her family moved from Rock Springs to the Elk-Camden area when she was in her early teens.

She met and married Joe Vosahlo at a young age and they had four children, Don Vosahlo (Connie), Phyllis Sage (Gary), Arlene Casselman (Derris)and Jack Vosahlo.
Besides a wife and mother, she was an avid painter and gardener.

She loved the outdoors, doing jigsaw puzzles and reading.
In 1960 Betty and Joe were divorced.

She later met and married Paul Jacobs September 21, 1961.

They moved to the Diamond Lake area and built a house together.

They were married 38 years.

Paul passed away July 28, 1999.

For the last six years Betty was able to continue living in her home due to the loving help of her grandson, Doug Sage and his wife Jayme.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Joe, Frank, Louis and Phil, her sisters Mary and Rose, her son Jack, her first husband Joe and her second husband Paul.

She is survived by her son Don, and daughters Phyllis and Arlene and their spouses, seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
At her request, no services will be held.

Cremation was handled by Sherman-Knapp Funeral Home and Crematory in Newport, Washington.
