Gratitude for Widmyer

I am writing to express my gratitude for Steve Widmyer, and urge others to support him for mayor of Coeur d’Alene. As an active parent at my child’s school, Widmyer provided numerous donations over the years to support students and staff. His actions were always under the radar, and he shied away from public acknowledgment. I know he supported many other schools, too.

It is refreshing to see a person like Widmyer running for office. He supports organizations that benefit kids without regard to politics or agenda. He simply does it because it is the right thing to do. His heart is in the right place and his ego is nowhere to be found. These are qualities I would like to see in City Hall.
