Age 96
She was born is Sioux City, Iowa on the 4th of July 1917.
She left there when she was 19 and traveled to Walla Walla where she met the love of her life, Reuben.
They settled in Spokane.
Juanita was a member of the National Honor Society.
She was past president of Spokane Valley Toastmistress.
She was a real estate broker and owned her own business both here in Spokane and Tacoma, WA.
Juanita was past president of Tacoma-Pierce County Women’s Council of Realtors.
She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Dugger; granddaughters: Colleen Dugger and Suzanne Sweetser, Lisa and Stephanie; and great-granddaughter Gjonnette Cruz.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Horst and grandson, Dan Dugger, and her dear husband, Reuben.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 1 pm at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home (2203 N. Division).
