Obituary: Cozzetto, Marie Barker
Age 91
She was born May 30, 1922 in Willard, UT the daughter of Frederick and Rosamond (Jensen) Barker.
Marie’s priority was always her family.
An expert homemaker, she was happiest making pasta, sewing and canning.
She was the preserver of family memories in stories and pictures.
Marie was thoughtful, kind and a mother figure and good friend to many others.
She was preceded in death by brothers and a sister, by her husband Orest, and her son George.
She is survived by her daughter Linda Loffredo and son-in-law Raymond; daughter-in-law Sandy Cozzetto; brother and sister-in-law George and Marian Barker; grandchildren Kimberly, Jessica and Raymond; as well as numerous extended family members.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 26, 2013 beginning at 11am.
Funeral services will follow at 12noon all at Christ our Hope Bible Church, 1620 N. Monroe, Spokane.
Private interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Spokane.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Rockwood Residents Foundation or Hospice of Spokane.
