Obituary: Finney, Anthony “Tony”

FINNEY, Anthony “Tony” In Loving Memory Passed away at his home Thursday evening, October 17, 2013 surrounded by his loved ones.

A lifelong resident of Spokane, WA.

He was first and foremost a great son, husband, father, grandpa, brother and uncle.

Family always came first.

His last concern was if we would all be ok. His passions outside of his Huppin’s family workplace that he had grown to love were fishing, hunting, looking at the stars, and Tony’s shop.

Tony taught all his children to fish, shoot, hunt, play chess and other games.

Tony was our quiet, simple man of few words (until you got to know him).

He was our foundation, never dwelling on the past but focused on each and every day.

His sense of humor will be missed by us all.

Hardworking and greatly loved he is survived by his wife of 22 years, Sandy; daughter Niki with grandson Daniel; son Brian with Michelle and his grandkids, Cayden and Brielle, son Ben with Lila and his grandkids Hailey and Addie; his mom Nita; sisters Wendi, Kathy, Shari, Kris and Amy; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial Services to be held at Spokane Cremation & Funeral Service, 2832 N. Ruby, Spokane, WA 99207 on Friday, October 25th, 2013 at 1 PM.
