Coeur d’Alene police

Melvin Best Jr., reported Tuesday the $1,850 theft of a TV, laptop, watch, cigarettes, movies and food and the $3,500 damage to a TV from his residence on the 900 block of West Emma Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Brandy Pierce, Hayden, an employee of Kentucky Fried Chicken, reported Tuesday the theft of $860 from the restaurant located on the 200 block of West Orchard Avenue.

Shirley Bechler, Post Falls, reported Tuesday the $300 theft of a Briggs and Stratton DR Trimmer from a building located on the 1900 block of East 12th Avenue.

Clarence Bras, Hayden, reported Tuesday the $2,000 theft of a 1995 Ford Escort from his home located on the 9700 block of North Shaw Street.
