MISSOULA – Missoula native and Stanford graduate Joslyn Tinkle has signed a contract to play basketball in Hungary.

KECI-TV reports that Tinkle signed with Uni Gyor with the EuroLeague. Former Gonzaga guard and WNBA player Courtney Vandersloot will be one of her teammates.

Tinkle was not chosen in the WNBA draft but played some for the Seattle Storm late in the season.

Tinkle arrived in Hungary on Monday night. The team’s first game is on Nov. 7.

Tinkle’s father, Wayne, is the head coach at the University of Montana. He played for Montana and Ferris High. Her sister, Elle, is a sophomore on Gonzaga’s basketball team.
