Stuart Lacy, 49, of Monroe, Wash., died Tuesday after the 2006 Chevy Express van he was driving rolled negotiating a turn along state Highway 20 north of Usk, the Washington State Patrol reported.
The incident occurred just after 4 p.m. Tuesday about 4 miles north of Usk on state Highway 20, according to a news release from the WSP. While traveling north on a stretch of highway hugging the Pend Oreille River, the van left the roadway to the right into a ditch, rolled, then struck a power pole.
