Timothy Byrd reported Thursday the $1,500 theft of a bicycle from Safeway, 1001 N. Fourth St.

Michael Cadwalader reported Thursday the $2,200 theft of a chain saw and motorized winch from his home on the 300 block of North 18th Street.

Gregory Morgan reported Thursday the $1,880 theft of a guitar amplifier and paperwork from his 2006 Jeep Cherokee parked at his home on the 3900 block of North Buckskin Road.

Kootenai County sheriff

Paul Kinkead, Post Falls, reported Thursday the $4,500 theft of an outboard motor and downrigger from his 1992 Bayliner boat on property on the 14000 block of West Stone Avenue in Post Falls.
