Obituary: Kuonen, Opal Mary

KUONEN, Opal Mary (Age 93) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Opal Mary Kuonen.

After a battle with cancer, she died peacefully with her family beside her.

She was born on November 14, 1919 in Okanogan, Washington.

She loved playing Rummy and watching Lawrence Welk.

She had three daughters, Shirley Stevig, Janice Rockstrom and Joyce Erwin.

She also had numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She loved going to Church.

A graveside service will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Pines Cemetery, 1402 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.
