Born and raised in Omak, WA in 1930.
Moved to Spokane, WA as a teen, graduated from North Central High School.
Don worked his way from switchman to conductor on the Northern Pacific Railroad for 41 years.
He enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, and especially talking politics.
Don is survived by his wife, Patsy L. Moore; daughters Karen Harper, Cheryl Moore; son Gregory Moore, all of Spokane, WA.
Stepdaughters: Vickie L. Yeomans, Lori L. DePriest, all of Denver CO; Kathleen S. Boswell, Missy Hatlestad and Billie Jo Ryckman of Spokane, WA; and many grandchildren.
A memorial was held in his honor for family and friends on July 20th, 2013.
Don was a kind and generous man.
We loved him and we will miss him always.
