Age 96

MCGRATH, Marjorie I.

May 13, 1917 ~ September 6, 2013 Marjorie was born in Kitchener, Ontario on May 13, 1917 and passed away in Spokane, Washington on September 6, 2013.

She married Robert James McGrath on January 15, 1942 in Spokane.

Marjorie had many hobbies including crocheting, playing cards, playing bingo and (recently) going to the casino, and bowling on leagues with family members.

She spent 86 years in the community and attended St. Francis of Assisi since 1948.

Marjorie loved her family.

She had a love for kids and enjoyed her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, James (Linda) of Spokane; daughters: Barbara Nilles and Patricia Nelsen of Deer Park, and Marlene Emch (Blake) of Mead; her sister, Kathleen Pfeffer of Spokane; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be at 9 am on Friday, September 13 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross.
