Sterling Smith, employee of Benway Quality Homes, reported Tuesday $3,025 damage to a door, carpet and stove at a home under construction on the 2400 block of West Freeland Drive.

Scott Roberts reported Tuesday the $43,000 theft of a 2013 BMW 328 from his home on the 7500 block of North Calamonte Lane.

Kootenai County sheriff

August Landingham, Hayden, reported Monday the $758 theft of four tires and rims from her home on the 1800 block of West Orchard Avenue.

Jerrell Dunnagan, Post Falls, reported Monday the $2,000 theft of tools and $100 damage to a door of a home under construction on the 4300 block of West Stormking Drive in Rathdrum.

Juanita Miller, Coeur d’Alene, reported Sunday the $460 theft of a queen mattress from a home on the 10000 block of North Cliff House Road in Hauser Lake.
