Kettle Falls man injured in car accident

A Kettle Falls man was injured just after midnight Thursday when he lost control of, and rolled, the car he was driving north of Kettle Falls. Quinton D. Wright, 24, was taken to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center shortly after the accident on state Highway 395, about 16 miles north of Kettle Falls, the Washington State Patrol reported. Wright was listed in satisfactory condition Thursday morning. A WSP news release said Wright was driving a 1997 Geo Tracker at 12:27 a.m., headed north on Highway 395. He lost control of the vehicle, which drifted into the southbound lane, rolled and then eventually stopped. Wright was not wearing a seat belt, the release said.
