Kevin Cash and Steele Fitzloff have joined Bernardo|Wills Architects. Cash is a landscape architect and Fitzloff is a landscape designer. Cash is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and has 14 years of professional design experience. Fitzloff has five years of design experience and previously worked for Gavin Associates Landscape Architecture.

Engineering

GeoEngineers has hired Teresa Hughbanks as an administrative coordinator and Ethan Donahue as a staff geotechnical engineer for its Spokane office. Previously, Hughbanks was a receptionist at R&R RV Center and Donahue was a staff engineer at Northwest Geotech, Inc. in Wilsonville, Ore.

Finance

Dale Cloninger has been hired as a financial advisor for Wheatland Bank’s Wealth Management division. Cloninger has more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds professional registrations in several states.

Health care

The National Association for Home Care and Hospice has announced that Mary Clarke, a registered nurse with Panhandle Health District’s Home Health division, is among the top 50 health and hospice nurses in the nation. Clarke has been with PHD since 2007.

Miscellaneous

The Spokane Club has selected Charles Alpers as the chief executive officer, Melissa Elfering as the sports and fitness director, and Taudd Hume as the chairman of the board. The board officers are as follows: Richard Repp, Steve Larsen, Jeffrey Bell and Nancy Vorhees. The trustees are: Stephanie Bregher, Katy Bruya, Linda Elkin, Latisha Hill, Darin Klundt and Pam Lund.

The manager of the Spokane office of The Cleaning Authority, Melissa Stauffer, has been named the 2012-13 national Manager of the Year.

Nonprofit

The station manager for Northwest Public Radio, Kerry Swanson, has been elected to the board of directors for National Public Radio. The three-year term will begin in November. The board will set policies and guide the overall direction of the NPR system.

Real estate

Natalie Elwess has joined Keller Williams Realty Spokane.

Kathy Amistoso and Bonnie White have joined RE/MAX of Spokane as brokers. Previously, Amistoso was a judicial assistant in the Spokane County District Court and White was with Keller Williams.
