Coeur d’Alene police

Will McCain, Piston, Pa., reported Monday the $2,482 theft of a laptop computer, iPad and several Apple chargers from his room at La Quinta Inn & Suites, 2209 E. Sherman Ave.

Cort Souther, employee of William Winkler Co., reported Monday the $600 theft of a saw and generator from a work site on the 3100 block of North Conference Drive.

Sarah Parker, Billings, reported Monday $300 damage to a window and the $4,000 theft of a digital camera and accessories from her Toyota 4-Runner parked at Days Inn, 506 W. Appleway.

Kootenai County sheriff

Randal Banks, Athol, reported Sept. 11 the $975 theft of a handgun, holster and spotting scope from his home on the 28000 block of North Linzy Lane.

Randolph Patterson, Hayden, reported Monday the $300 theft of medication from his home on the 1400 block of West Starling Avenue.

Jimmy Tripp, employee of Imsamet Inc., reported Monday the $5,500 theft of aluminum from the business at 16168 W. Prairie Ave., Hauser Lake.

Lars Richard, employee of Mountain Powder Construction, reported Monday $5,000 damage to a gate and fence at the business at 5299 N. Pleasantview Road.

Sheryl McCoy, Hayden, reported Monday the $300 damage to the rear window of her 2010 Ford Escape parked at her home on the 11200 block of Stinson Loop.
