Obituary: Myers, Nelda Rae
Age 74
She was born on July 7, 1939 in Elmira, Washington to Walter and Marybelle Johnson.
She was very passionate about her Lord and her family.
Nelda found joy in crocheting, wrestling, ceramics and bingo.
She is survived by her sisters; Lorena Johnson of San Jose, CA, Sandy Lynch of Spokane; six children Roy (Nancy) Myers, Sherri Davis, William Myers, Maryjo (Mark) O’Neill of Milton-Freewater, OR, David Myers and Stephanie (Derrick) Martin-Myers of Spokane; sixteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, “Bill” Myers of 53 years and both parents.
A visitation will be held on September 20, 2013 from 2:00-5:00pm at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N. Monroe.
A funeral service will be held at Ball and Dodd Funeral Home, 5100 W. Wellesley, Spokane, 99205 on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 2:00pm.
Reception will follow at O’Malleys Apartments, 707 E. Mission, Spokane, WA 99202.
