Suspended BYU linebacker Spencer Hadley was suspended indefinitely following a violation of team rules. School officials did not elaborate on Hadley’s actions other than to say it was a “violation of team rules” and BYU’s honor code, which prohibits using alcohol, drugs and engaging in premarital sex.

Suspended Italian tennis player Claudia Coppola was suspended for six months after being found guilty of two charges under the sport’s anti-corruption program. The Tennis Integrity Unit said Coppola, 18, admitted breaking the rules against fixing the outcome of a match and soliciting a player not to give his or her best effort.
